PLEASE NOTE: Lemongrass Tours pays its suppliers in US dollars. We price our tours in US dollars because we feel this is fairer to you. This way, you pay the exchange rate of the actual day rather than a Canadian price set to cover possible decreases in the Canadian dollar.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required to secure space. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

 
 

Travel Insurance

To protect against cancellation charges, we highly recommend the purchase of adequate Health and Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance. This must be purchased at the time of initial deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less $500 USD non-refundable deposit per person.
59 to 45 days prior to departure, 20% non refundable per person. 44 to 30 days prior to departure, 40% non refundable per person. 29 to 15 days prior to departure, 60% non refundable per person. 14 days prior to departure, 100% non refundable per person. Plus any unrecoverable deposits paid to airlines and suppliers.
Refunds: No refunds will be made for any unused portion of a trip.

Travel & Health Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to be in possession of a passport that will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the conclusion of the journey. Tour participants must also ensure that they comply with all visa and health requirements of countries they intend to visit. Any inoculations required must be recorded on a valid inoculation certificate and in your possession for inspection at customs/immigration if requested.

Reservations & Deposits
Early reservations are recommended as all services are on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your request for any departure. Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to first service being provided.

Payment
Please make cheques payable to Vision 2000 Travel Group. Credit card payments are also accepted. The cardholder’s signature authorizing payment and amount must be submitted to Lemongrass Tours prior to any documentation being released.

Tour Insurance
To protect yourself against cancellation charges, we highly recommend the purchase of adequate Cancellation/Trip Interruption, Health or Comprehensive insurance. This must be purchased at time of initial deposit. If you have coverage through your credit card company, it is important to confirm whether or not they cover cancellation penalties. 		Final Tour Documents
Documentation will be sent once full payment and credit card authorization, if applicable, are received by Lemongrass Tours. The documents will contain a tour itinerary, airline tickets if applicable and destination information.

Customized Itineraries
Any "customized" tour, pre- or post-tour add-on is subject to the same terms and conditions listed above.

Prices Listed
Prices are subject to change without notice. If the price change is more than 7% of the total price for the travel services (except for a price change that is a result of government taxation), you are entitled to cancel if you wish, with full refund. You must notify us of your intention within 48 hours after

Please note that living standards and practices as well as standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, sanitary services, the grading of accommodation and dress may differ from Canadian standards. Your understanding is appreciated.

Medical Form
Because this is a culinary tour, it’s important we know about any food allergies and medical conditions. Also any medical conditions that could affect your ability to participate in the tour itinerary. All participants are therefore required to complete a health form.

Important Notice
Lemongrass Tours, Vision 2000 Travel Group and its suppliers reserve the right to accept or decline any tour member should it be determined that the participant's health, mental or emotional condition or physical needs could interfere with the smooth operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.
